Ordination - Religious Life
God calls some people for total consecration that includes celibacy. This could involve consideration to join a religious order or to become a priest.
If you feel that you have had a calling, do not be afraid to discern!
God does not take away anything, he gives everything.
“I grew up in a Catholic family but left the church when I was a teenager. Throughout this time I continued to believe in God and prayed sometimes though my relationship with him was a distant one.
After a time studying business I began to ask questions about the purpose of my life and felt a desire to go back to Church.
I began to experience the love of God and embarked on a new journey of faith and through the Baptism in the Holy Spirit I felt the desire to do his work and surrendered my life to him.”
