Answers to some of your questions

I don’t normally go to church, will I be welcome?

Absolutely yes! We welcome everyone at Christ the King.

I’m not a Catholic, can I still attend?

Yes, you can attend and you will be made to feel very welcome.

I don’t live locally, is it still okay to come to the Mass?

All are welcome, from wherever you live.

Will I be able to follow the Mass and know what’s going on?

Most definitely. We use projector screens to display lyrics, responses, prayers and other key parts of the Mass so that it’s easy for everyone to follow.

How long is the Mass?

Typically, our Sunday 11am Mass is just over an hour in length. Our Saturday 5.30pm and Sunday 9am Masses are shorter than this, and weekday Masses are shorter too

How accessible is the Church?

Our Church is step-free throughout the ground floor and accessible toilet facilities are provided. We have a stair lift to allow access to our first floor. Support is available from our welcome team, simply ask a member of the team for the help you need.

Is there a dress code I need to follow?

No, there’s no particular dress code, so we recommend that you dress comfortably, relax and enjoy the mass.
