Abraham: A course for those who are 70ish and over

Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.  Isaiah 40: 3 

5 sessions to look at the possibilities as we age – Thursdays (10:00 -4:00): 9, 16, 23, 30 June and 7 July at Christ the King, Cockfosters.  Offered by the Chemin Neuf Community.  Suggested donation: £20 per session, lunch included.  Please register by 3rd June with the parish office.  

Inspired by the journey of Abraham in Genesis, we will spend these 5 days travelling with the Lord, reflecting on our life’s journey so far and discerning our path for the future. Each day will include prayer, teaching, workshops and lunch.
